Should any items be unavailable for immediate dispatch, we remove the pre-authorization from your credit card and promptly notify you via email. Once your items are ready for dispatch, we process the charges and prepare to send out your order.

Delivery Process:

Once your payment is processed, we dispatch your items within the specified delivery timeframe as indicated on the product page. Following dispatch, you’ll receive a notification confirming that your item/s have left our warehouse. Please note that we select the most appropriate delivery method and courier for your order; it’s not possible for customers to choose their courier or delivery method.
